As many of you know, I love going to b.good (it’s a healthy, “fast” food chain based in New England).
The food is so tasty, and the recipes are so original. I always come away with cooking ideas.
So today I wanted to share this salad with you: it’s shaved Brussels sprouts atop a bed of baby spinach, topped off with apples, grapes, lentils, and ground almonds.
It came with a roasted beet vinaigrette, which honestly is a bit too sweet for my taste (I prefer my salad not to taste like a dessert) but is still an interesting idea.
